You can only use Netflix with Wi-Fi or else you will get an error message. If you are connected to Wi-Fi you will be fine. Same thing with cellular data because you are already paying for a certain amount of it.
You have unlimited everything, that should answer your question. You can stream Netflix over the cellular network, I've been doing it since the day they released the application.
