I installed the iphone update today and now i can't get on the internet?
I can't play sims, get on facebook, or use safari. I know its not the Wi-Fi cuz it works on the computer plus I had the same problem at school when using the schools Wi-Fi. What do I do?
Simple. Go to your nearest Best Buy, and have a geek look it over. He'll be able to tell you what's wrong with it. It's probably just buggy. Try to restore it, and reset the phone first. Make sure you have all your apps backed up though!
- Update stopped during ios update own iphone now phones broke I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer (iTunes) and started doing the update through iTunes. About five minutes into the update iTunes in my computer stops working, causing the update to of course stop working. Now my phone will not turn on. On the screen it is black with the 'charge symbol' as if it were low on battery and an iTunes symbol. I have tried turning my phone off and on, but of course it didn't respond.
