I just got a mophie juice pack air and it isn't charging my iPhone 4S?

Okay so when I have the phone in the case and the case is plugged into an outlet, it charges my iPhone fine but then when I un-plug it and try to turn on the case it won't charge my iPhone… What's going on?

The box says compatibility for the iPhone 4 and 4S. So i don't know… Help!

You turned the switch on, right? Read the manual, is there another button you need to press in order to charge the case while it's plugged in?

Maybe the case needs to be on while it's plugged in with an iPhone to the wall; then it'll charge both the phone and the case.

I have one of these… Luckily i got a better one of the bunch. These charger cases are usually made cheap so it docent surprise me that its not working.
anyway…
make sure you charge the case for 8 hours.press the button on the bottom with the lights to make sure its charged. Also keep in mind that when you have the case on your phone and you charge your phone it docent mean the battery works… The case is made to charge your phone directly when the case is on and when its plugged in. Hope this helps

  • New mophie juice pack air problem? Today I got the mophie juices pack air online and I put the case on my new iPhone 5S and it said this case may not be compatible with your device. Then I charged the case and it is draining my phone battery… The case I got it mophie special edition red. @ first I thought It was because it's the 5S then I tried it on someone's iPhone 5 & it said it might not be compatible. So I don't know what the problem is? Am I doing something wrong?
