Call your mobile company to see if they can track it. Or go back to the last places you remember being with it
As you didn't activate the very thing designed to make finding your lost iPhone very much easier, you're left with doing it the laborious and old-fashioned way. Unless you're very lucky it's also a very slow way.
Your mobile phone company can't help you to trace the phone, but at your request they can permanently block it. That will make it far less useful to any thieves but if you regain possession makes it permanently useless to you as the block is irreversible.
