I lost my iphone in a movie theater?
And when I went to get it the next day, they told me that they did not have it. I'm 100 percent positive that one of their workers has my phone, and they have charged it because I keep calling and it still rings after an entire day.

If anyone stole the phone, they would turned out off so you could not track it. It is probably somewhere else. Buy a new phone and pay more attention next time.
