I'm frustrated over my battery life(iPhone 5s/iOS 7.0.4)Is this normal?

I used my iPhone 5s for 3 consecutive hours last night. I watched a couple of videos and chatted a friend on Facebook for an hour. Then I woke up and started using my phone again.I've been using it for a total of 5 hours and 52 mins. My standby time is 19 hours and 16 mins as you can see.Is this normal or does my battery life suck?

Seems normal to me.

Depends on many things.

That battery time between charges is actually above average for most smart phones. Video drains a lot of power.

Here's what Apple says about the battery expectations for the iPhone 5s:

Talk time: Up to 10 hours on 3G
Standby time: Up to 250 hours
Internet use: Up to 8 hours on 3G, up to 10 hours on LTE, up to 10 hours on Wi-Fi
Video playback: Up to 10 hours
Audio playback: Up to 40 hours

When they are mentioning "talk time" they don't mean using the camera and video screen… They mean using it like a regular phone. When they say "up to" it means that the amount of power your phone has to expend to maintain connection to the nearest cell tower will reduce that. The less "bars" you have, the more power the phone expends to stay connected. The busier the cell tower, the more power the phone expends to keep you connected. The items in your home, and the structure itself, interfere with your signal causing the phone to use more energy to stay connected. Apps on the phone that identify your location continuously use power… Even when you are talking on the phone. Finally, the weather will play a role. In ideal weather conditions, your battery may need charging less often than during seasonal weather changes and storms.

I've had smart phones since the original iPhone was released. I've owned both iPhones and Androids. On every single model, people complain about the battery not lasting long enough. Battery technology has vastly improved, but hasn't quite caught up with the demands we're making on our phones. The only nice thing about using Android phones is that you can buy extra batteries and swap them out to keep using the phone. But when it comes to ease of use, and reliability, nothing beats an iPhone.

How much percent did you have when you went to sleep? If it was low already you should have charged it when you were sleeping. I set an alarm to wake me up to unplug my charger so I don't overcharge my phone. If it drained when it was on standby then you have to turn off apps that you are not using. That will drain your battery.
