I'm getting weird sound movements in EVP?

Hi.I'm frequently trying to record some EVP but i'm seriously not getting success.i''m trying to talk / listen my best friends voice

In my 1st EVP I done when i was alone in home. I stop fan and clamly sit down on the floor in the evening about 6 pm and i call my friend's name in front of his picture in my iphone and i started asking question that are you here? Like but when i listen this recording there's no such voice "ghost like"… But "Attention here."
in that recording about 2 min later when i ask "Did i feel your presence"? I hear very strong dabbing like sound in the recording… Its wired sound of dabbing on something i started remind in my mind if i do anything that time? & i was wrong i didt do any activity that time.so its that Dabbing done by my friends soul? Is Soul make sounds is evp capture sould sounds too?

And yet now i record so whyym not getting voice? Please guide me

Well, there's the most obvious reason that you're not getting anything.

But assuming you're not willing to accept that answer, let's go with at least establishing rigorous methodology. First, ditch the iphone: electronic devices like smartphones are known to produce distortions in audio recordings. Indeed, the modern world is saturated with stray electronic signals. You need to be recording in a deep basement, with thick walls, or in a remote location, etc. Somewhere where those stray signals can't get to you.

Second, you need to be recording with something that is capable of picking up a wide variety of sounds. The problem with a lot of modern and cheap recording equipment (such as if you are trying to record with your phone) is that they only select a sliver of frequencies (the ones most likely to be heard by humans, to be fair, but there are so many more frequencies out there).

I don't think it's weird, don't run too much toward the paranormal, because it isn't!

As you've been told, can be of frequencies, that kind of amateur radio frequencies, sometimes go everywhere with their antenna. Quiet!

I have a couple of questions. EVP is typically, used, and many many sessions will have little to no activity. So out of 100's of sessions perhaps 4 would show something.

#1. So first off/ Is your best friend dead?
#2. Were you in a place that they would feel okay being? E.G. Their home, someplace they would feel safe.
#3. You need equipment to hear EVP mostly it is in the playback, EVP can be loud but are usually very faint so you have to boost the signal… A lot, most investigators use sound equipment to get all of the evidence.

So when you can answer those questions, looks like the people above my post have given you good advice as well.
