I need to unlock my iPhone but don't know the code

There are a couple of websites out there that will give you an unlock code for a small fee. For this you will need to provide your imei no. Of your phone as every phone has a different unlock code

If you have tried every code you think it might be I suggest hooking it up to iTunes backing it up and restoring it.

Yeah, if you have no unlock code, you can restore it to bypass the password. But data will be erase when you restore your iPhone 4S. Don't forget to make a backup before going to restore your iPhone.
