I opened a new line with my already existing contract with sprint?

So a couple of days ago I went into sprint to open a new line for someone in my family with my already existing contract. We bought the iphone 5s. I'm aware that if you want to upgrade you phone but you don't have an upgrade, you have to pay full price. But no phone was updated. We simply opened a new line. Now I know I should have only been charged 200 or some dollars. Yet I was charged full price for the phone.

You can ONLY get it straightened out by going to Sprint and having that discussion with them.

There's no one here who can tell you what went on with that transaction. We know nothing about your previous or current contracts.

  • Verizon Prepaid to existing contract? I broke my iphone and my contract isn't up until this coming December. But my dad has a prepaid galaxy s3 and was activated about a year ago. • Is there any apps to see when your phone has been opened and what apps where opened when? (On IPhone)? So my friends have been snooping on my I phone 6 and close out all the apps they have gone on afterwards. I don't mind them snooping because I have nothing I don't mind them seeing but I want to be able to see what apps they opened. Is there any apps to see when your phone has been opened and what apps where opened?
  • Is it safe to buy a new (but opened) iphone from ebay/Amazon? I've seen these iPhones where they'll say they where opened to check for package contents, display model, etc… Are these just done purposely so the seller can blacklist it a few days later, or are they genuine.
  • I want to get an iphone 5 c, can i put it on my existing contract? Right, i lost my iPhone, and i pay around 25 pounds per month for it. ( I'm basically paying for nothing) So, i was wondering if its possible to get an iphone 5 c and pout it on that contract, and i was also wondering how much it would cost. I thought that if you have a contract then you get it cheaper, so can do this?
