Contact the company that you ordered it from. Companies that sell online usually include an invoice when they ship an order. Were you charged for the iphone case?

- IPhone 5: Your order has been received, and is being processed? I pre-ordered the new iPhone 5 at my local AT&T store on Tuesday, September 17th, 2012. I have been checking in on phone for status updates on my order ever since I placed it. Every time, for 2 weeks straight, it said, "The items you purchased are on backorder, and will be shipped as soon as possible." Finally, yesterday, it said, "Your order has been received, and is being processed." What does this mean, and when will I most likely receive my iPhone 5?

They sent me a pre paid signed for sticker so I have the tracking number. However it still says its being progressed through our network for delivery.
