I recruited 3 customer service agents 6 months ago and neither are up to the mark?
Problem is they charmed the socks off of me at the interview and I could have sworn they WERE the best for the job.
Unfortunately they are far from that.
I caught one of them playing a 'flash game' on her desktop, some stupid farming game or something - no idea what it was, but as i walked over to the office door i peaked in a sneaky manner and observed what was going on.
She was playing a flash game - when she should have been assisting customers on the phone.
The other lad I hired who sits adjacent to her was eating a packet of crisps and typing messages on facebook and the third 'customer service agent' was sat at his desktop playing with his iPhone.
What in fecks name am I to do?

I'm, but its kinda hard because I'm in a remote area, no jobs I an supposedly qualified for, but it sounds like is it customer service, or telemarketing? Calling people, or is it people calling you for some sort of service, it depends on your Biz, and its Model, and or products you sell, you didn't say really what sort of service you provide, but I'm a hard worker, and if that job is so boring that your employees have so much time on their hands "servicing" costumers playing games on fb, instate a POLICY telling them that while on the computer that it will be a fraction of your policy's to do so, and ENFORCE it, like the first time, its a weeks lay off, and 2n'd time termination, THAT should solve the problem
What you do is 'manage' these people out of your organisation whilst obeying the laws of your country. An employee of only 3 months is quite easy to lose.
Perhaps they didn't have any customers to assist?
I refuse to believe that if they were supposed to be flat out busy with calls, all of a sudden they would have any time to play games. Perhaps you run a mickey mouse business?
Also no offence, but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. And we all know what the customer support pays these days!

If I were your manager I would advise you to start looking for new job - cos you aint much good in this one.
- Why does iPhone automatically delete calendar events from months ago? And how do I make it stop? I use my iPhone calendar a lot and sometimes I rely on it by scrolling to previous months to see when I went for certain appts but it automatically deletes last events without asking? I know I can make special events like bdays repeat weekly or yearly but some events don't require that function, I just want to know when I went to my appts for example, what day and time it was my dentist appt. - Trying to look at texts from my iPhone from 2 months ago? Alright so I'm trying to go back 2 months and look at some texts I sent on my iPhone 6, I didn't delete any of the messages but every time I try and go back I get to about a month ago before it freezes and sends me back to the begging is there a way to stop this? - I just accidentally liked a photo of my crush posted like 4 months ago I accidentally clicked the "like" button in my iPhone and then clicked unlike right away. Will she get a notification from me? What I did was, Unlike then blocked her because i freaked out. cuz I don't want her to think that I'm like stalking her pics or wtever. Will she still get notification if i UNLIKED the photo right away? I'm pretty sure she's not online cuz it was like 6:00 am in the morning!
- Lost my iphone5 a few months ago? Basically i lost my iphone5 on a night out in june I phoned Vodafone as soon as i realised i didn't have my phone in the morning But unfortunately my phone wasn't insured n they said there was nothing they could do I ended u up taking out another contract so i've been paying for. 2 conttacts its frustrating Having to pay for a phone that i lost months ago i know its my fault but i was jist wondering is there any way out of this Or anything i can do?
