Added (1). So taking in some advice, i deleted all the music on my iphone (in settings > genera > usage > manage storage) and I did it because there were double-ups of songs so i wanted to remove everything then add the songs back in. However when i synced it again on my iTunes to add the music back in, it synced very quickly and completed, but the music didn't appear in my iPhone, I have an empty library. I've tried to backup my phone and that doesn't work.
I bet this is you since you lost your music 
Go to iTunes, then purchased and you can view/download all your songs back. Or you can go on iTunes on your computer
Set your iPhone for manual management and just drag and drop from your computer.
- Why did ios 7 put music on my iphone when i had deleted or removed these songs prior? So I had deleted or removed songs from my phone that i just didn't like anymore or got tired of. They were still on the computer and in the icould service but they didn't show up on the physical phone device itself. Now after ios 7 everything from the cloud is basically on my phone and i don't want them. Is there a way to reverse this or will i have to go through my entire library and hand delete the songs?

I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
