I was locked out of my iphone. If i restore it, will I loose everything on my phone?

When you restore your iphone, does it wipe out everything from your itunes? I understand that it will wipe out everything from your physical iphone, but i was wondering if it would wipe out everything on your itunes account to, such as music.
IPhone 5 home botton came loose/fell out? Yesterday I was playing about with my phone and when I pressed on the home button it literally stuck to my finger and pulled off, now it comes off whenever I touch it! I've had it for just over a year and I've dropped it at most twice In that year but it was months ago so it hadn't had any damaged since. Can I go to he apple store to get the button replaced or should I just replace the full phone?
If I update my iPhone 4, will I loose everything? I had restored my iPhone after it fell in water so I had lost everything (obviously) and before it fell I didn't update the software or whatever and when I restored it it had the update. So when I was on iTunes on my computer, I forgot what I had clicked but it said that I was supposed to update my phone on the 22, I think, and I was worried about loosing all my pictures and apps on my phone. So, if I update my iPhone, will I loose everything? Sorry for the long story btw.
If I restore everything to iCloud on my iphone, can I restore everything and get it all back? I have too many things on my iphone right now, and I was wondering if I can restore it and get everything back from ICloud
