Nobody can track your phone except for police officials. It would be highly illegal for somebody to track your gps location on your phone, unless you gave consent. I know there are a few apps, but two people have to download the same app and consent to gps tracking. Nobody will be able to track you or see where you go. Its impossible unless again its police officials
When you block somebody on an iPhone, they most likley won't even know it. That person will just assume your ignoring their texts/calls. It doesn't notify the person saying you blocked them. They won't even know it.

I routinely "Block Caller" telemarketers, so does using the iPhone "Block Caller" option block all calls, or will the calls still come through and just show up as "Unknown"? I've received a lot of "Unknown" phone calls lately, so that's what I was attributing it to.
