If i restore my iphone to its factory settings, can i restore it again to its backup?
I have an iphone 5 and i recently bought an album off of itunes. I also then made a new icloud and deleted the old icloud account because of some troubles i had. After that, none of my music played so i hooked it up to itunes and then i worked perfectly except one thing: a duplicate song. This song will not let me play it nor let me delete it manually. On itunes it only shows up as one song. It always skips it. Now i have the same song on there, one works and one doesn't. I tried so many things including restoring it to its backup. I also looked up stuff on apple support and i'm not the only one. I'm considering just restoring my phone to its factory settings just to get rid of it. If i do this will i be able to restore it again to its backup?
Please help me, i'm getting really frustrated and annoyed.

- Will the MAC address of my iPhone reset if I reset my iPhone to its factory settings over iTunes? I have jailbroken my device and used terminal to change my MAC address so that I could connect to school's Wi-Fi. But when I wanted to change it to its initial number, I typed in a wrong value and it just messed up my Wi-Fi, I can't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. Wonder if resetting to factory settings would help…

- WHATSAPP BACKUP! Why can't i find the backup conversation button in chat settings? I need to backup my whatsapp convo to iCloud from my iPhone 4s, because i wanna transfer the chat history to my iPhone 5s… But somehow i can't find the "backup conversation" button in chat settings. I have alrdy downloaded the latest version of whatsapp… WHAT IS GOING WRONG?
- My iphone wants to restore to factory settings? Question is should i do it? it states it will erase all data and update so i'm not sure if i want to risk it incase it worsens the situation. i've updated itunes and tried again with no luck. Its annoying as i can't sync any cds onto it and it can't update… Is it worth the risk? Or should i just leave it and keep it as it is as i have no other problems with the phone.
