If I software update my iphone will it update all my apps?

I really like these apps I have but they need updates and my uncle(ugh) won't tell me the code so is there anyway to update a app without a password

No, an iOS update will not update apps. You can update the apps without the iTunes password in two ways: 1) select "update all" and hand the phone to your uncle and ask him to input the password for you, or 2) set up a new iTunes account for yourself and use that for your apps and their updates.

  • Will this software update erase all my data? I got an iphone 4 and it wants me to do a software update. I remember doing those on my ipod and it would erase all my apps abd music and stuff. If i do it on my iphone will it do that? If so how do i get it not to?
  • Will discontinued apps be avaliable on my iPhone after a software update? Hi, I'm looking to update my iPhone 4 with iOS 6.0 to iOS 7.1. I have a few apps installed from the apps store that are no longer avaliable to buy, such as the original Flappy Bird. I'm concerned that these apps will not be avaliable after I update. I plan on backing up my phone first, but will the backup save these apps from being gone forever? Is there a way to prevent these apps from being deleted other than backing up my phone? Or will these apps simply be no longer avaliable?
  • Is software the same between all technology? For instance, I know that computer software is divided into two major points: application software and system software. I know that you use programming language for microwaves, computers, iPhone, etc. Therefore, I'm wondering. *categories (not points)
  • Is ''Iphone'' software only or hardware and software? I've never had an Iphone. I always see it anounced in an absolutely black device, such as this one: http://pective.com/m/iphone-5 I wonder whether, when you're going to buy one, you go to the apple store and buy the whole thing, or look for a Nokia or Sony smartphone and then go to the Apple website and buy and download the software into your device.
