If I turn in my iPhone 5 for hardware issues, can I get an iPhone 5s?
Or does the warranty not cover this?
So my iphone 5 has a hardware issue and they said they could change it for a new one with no charge… But this was before the iphone 5s was announced (and i kind of really want one so.) i know they can give me an iphone 5 with no charge, but once the iphone 5s comes out, can they give me that instead, or are they not allowed to?
If they will even allow an upgrade you will pay extra for the upgrade.
They would replace it with a refurbished iPhone 5. If you're interested in upgrading to the new iPhone and have an upgrade, get the refurbished iPhone 5, sell it easily to an online trade in site like http://www.sidestreettech.com, get the new iPhone with your upgrade, and you will actually make money.
You can probably pay to upgrade, obviously no one is magically handing out free upgrades.

I always see it anounced in an absolutely black device, such as this one: http://pective.com/m/iphone-5 I wonder whether, when you're going to buy one, you go to the apple store and buy the whole thing, or look for a Nokia or Sony smartphone and then go to the Apple website and buy and download the software into your device.
- Iphone restore issues.why won't my phone turn on? I tried to update my iPhone 4. The update didn't work for some reason so now my phone worn turn on. All that is on the screen is a usb pointing to an iTunes symbol. I tried turning it off. It will always go back to this screen. On iTunes it says I must restore it. I don't want to lose anything on my phone! What the heck is going on?
