If someone blocks on you an iPhone, will it still ring if their phone is off?
I tried calling someone who blocked me and the call went directly to voicemail, I tried again from *67 and it did the same thing so the phone has to be off. Usually it does the whole ring once then directed to voicemail, I just assumed it did the same thing even if the phone were off since the call really isn't going through anyway? Could this mean I've been unblocked or does it do that regardless?
It will not ring, they see no record of it unless they actually dig through their history. Its a great feature, I have blocked so many spam callers and its completely eliminated them.
Depending on HOW you are being blocked, they could be blocking all numbers that are not in their address book, which means UNKNOWN and Private number get blocked along with manually blocked numbers (this is what I do). I also use a voice mail service that allows me to block certain numbers with a pickup hang up, so those numbers do not even get to leave voice mail. YouMail allows for this.
But when calls are blocked, the phone you are calling does not ring, so they never even know you called. If you go directly to VM and do not leave a message, they never know you called either, even if you hide your number. And if they are pretty normal, they never unblock you and go a step more and just delete your number, so you are no longer in their contacts. Which is what I'd do, if I go so far as to bock a caller in my contacts, I delete them as well, otherwise I just ignore until I'd ready to be in touch.
- Will a glass or plastic film phone BACK protector stay on the phone securely whilst using a Spigen ring? Does the protector adhere well enough that it won't come off of the phone when using the ring for what it's intended for? Will constant tugging of the ring cause bubbles under the glass protector or damage the plastic film? Examples would be glass back protector on the all glass iPhone back, or in my situation a plastic wet film installed on the "matte" glass back of the Pixel 3… With a Spigen ring installed onto the protector.

I'm worried sick about my mom cause she's not answering her phonem and i tried calling her it rang a couple times and brought it to her voicemail. My mom doesn't do this, and she is really depressed so i'm really worried… Is it possible that if an iphone is dead, the person calling it can still hear it ring?

I remember In October when my friend blocked my number (we had a fight) he has an iPhone 7 and I have an iPhone 6… I upgraded my phone software after that. But at the time my messages did NOT SAY delivered… Now I texted him randomly and my message said DELIVERED… Does that mean he unblocked my number?! Because I hear now that sometimes it will say delivered even when they blocked you. But from my experience it didn't say delivered
