Ios 7 update won't connect my iphone to itunes store?
Ever since i got the ios 7 update my iphone 4s won't connect to itunes, it won't say its not connected it just doesn't show anything when i get on it? I tried itunes wi-fi sync but it won't do anything… Can someone help me fast?
Close the app down in the multitasking. Turn the phone off for 3 minutes and turn it back on and try again.
If that doesn't work reset all settings. If that doesn't work restore the phone.
Lol, Not sure where that came from but turning the phone off for 3 minutes would do the exact same thing turning it off for 8 seconds would do. Completely irrelevant. Anyways, that has been a common issue.
Go to Settings>iTunes and Apps store and then sign out of your apple id. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings. Do a hard reset (hold down home and sleep/wake till it powers off) it will turn back on and when it does go back in and sign back in. If that does not work do it all again only reset all settings instead of just the network settings. If that does not work call 1-800-My Apple and tell the call director to transfer you to iOS. We will be providing free iOS 7 support until the 18th so you might as well take advantage of it while it lasts.

- IPhone won't connect charge or connect to iTunes? Well… I'm no amateur when it comes to iPhones but this problem really has me stumped. I bought this phone and replaced the screen, the person i bought it off of couldnt remember the passcode so its disabled. I've tried putting it in dfu mode, recovery mode, etc. Still nothing. If i turn it off and leave it plugged in itll charge. I also put in a new charging port because i thought that was the problem. So i can't do anything with this phone… Any ideas?
