Iphone 4.can the sim card be removed?
I have a Iphone 4 that I purchased with my AT&T plan. I want to switch to a cheaper plan. Can the sim card be removed and another inserted?

Yea… Just use the SIM ejector tool that was included & eject the SIM. Of course if the plan in question is with a different carrier then that wouldn't work since the phone is locked to AT&T.
- SIM card removed? How do I read my messages? I was out of the country for a month and I removed my SIM card from my iPhone 4s. None of my messages came in when I reinserted the SIM card. Is there any way I can find the messages sent to me during that month?

However if the SIM card is removed will i still be able to find it? Will i be notified when the phone is turned on? Will the phone track? Will the phone still restricted? Or does someone have a new iphone 5 now?
