IPhone 4 flashlight won't turn off

Yesterday morning I dropped my phone in some water it didn't fully submerge but water got inside of it. I immediately put it in rice and left it all day and overnight. Today it is working almost perfectly fine except the light won't turn off. I have tried taking a picture with flash, turning it off and on, and I even tried letting it die completely. The light is still on so I put it back in the rice dead. It's still on and feels like it is overheating in the back. How do I get it to turn off? And one other problem is it isn't connecting to my home Internet.

What you should have done and can due now is… Take the battery out. Put it back in the rice in a plastic bag. Seal up the bag and let it sit out over night. When you put the battery back in and turn it on, it will boot up in the factory reset mode.

With physical damage and liquid exposure you never know what you're going to get. From the sounds of it something on the main board fused.
