Iphone 4 keeps on saying searching and no service

I have an Factory Unlocked Iphone 4. The problem is that it keeps on saying. "searching" and "no service"! It was working perfectly fine before. I went to NJ on vacation and I had full bars. When I went on the airplane to fly home, I had to turn off my phone a couple of times and put it on airplane mode. Could that have messed something up? When I got home it said "searching" and "no service" and it kept on repeating! If i go somewhere else, i have bars but not a lot like it used to. Like some places, I remember i had full bars at and now they end up having 1, or 2 bars. Someone help me please!

Honestly, I would bring this in to an apple store and Talk to them about it. That's the only way to resolve the problem. They even might give you a new iPhone…

Same thing happened to me! I was in an o2 store for 2 hours trying to sort it out! Apple won't really help and they won't give you a new phone unless it is broken! Just go to itunes account and bring your phone back down to factory settings! It will take about 15 mins… Make sure you have everything saved and backed up so when it is restored all you have to do is sync your phone again!

I'm GONNA STICK MY FOOT UP VERIZONS *** AND MAKE THEM LICK THE POOP OFF MY TOES!
  • Sprint Iphone 4 goes from 5 bars to No service and Searching? I called sprint and they tried everything on their end and told me to reset the network settings, even resetting the entire phone, and nothing helped. I read somewhere that the antenna is touchy on these phones and wearing a case may help? I would like to hear any fixes and if anyone else has had these issues. It worked completely fine the first day I had it and then it just started losing service for no reason.
  • Searching for a free Wi-Fi service or, a low-cost Wi-Fi service for myself? Have recently lost everything and must be able to search the web to find help. I do have phone service, no Wi-Fi. Have iphone and apple laptop. Any replies/answers are much appreciated… Thank you.
