IPhone 4 no sound in one speaker only getting calls on home screen and not vibrating?

Hi, I just got an iPhone 4 on Saturday. On Sunday I noticed that it wasn't vibrating at all even if it is on vibration mode. I decided to play with it to see if there were more problems, and I found that I wasn't receiving calls unless I was on the home screen, and that sound was only coming out from my right speaker. I checked everywhere in settings to see if maybe these were all just weird settings that were on, but didn't find anything helpful. My mom will take me to AT&T soon to see if they can fix it, but is there anybody out there who can tell me how to fix this?

My phone is updated to IOS 12.
  • Why does only one speaker work when I connect my iphone to my Hi Fi system? I brought a brand new Hi Fi system today, tested in the shop with my iPhone connected and it worked fine, both speakers working. I tried it when I got home and now only one speaker works when my iPhone is connected using the audio in cable. Both speakers work fine when a CD is playing, why is this happening?
  • Why does only one speaker work on my iphone? Its been bothering me since it came out of the box. The right speaker at the bottom works just fine but the left, I never get a sound out of it. Is my iphone defective or maybe there's a setting to fix that? I don't know
