Iphone 4 stays lit and won't turn off, how can i fix this?
My phone's screen is dark but also lit up at the same time (there's no logo, no picture ect.) it won't force shut down, and my computer doesn't even know its plugged in when i hook up the usb chord. In other words, my iphone is not responding to anything i do.
History Behind the Phone: i tried to reset the phone to factory settings because it was jailbroken and i was trying to take it off, i couldn't restore it from my computer because the internet was down and it wouldn't let me. So i thought i would go into iphone settings and erase all content, simple enough, right? Well evidently my iphone got mad at me and isn't responding to anything… Please Help!

- Why won't my iphone 8 plus charge to 100 percent and stays at 98 percent? I don't leave it all night charging. I always wake up around 7 then charge it for like 2 or 3 hours and it will stay at 98 percent, but when I restart it, it would go to 100. And I just recently bought it. Why is this problem?

So I'm currently in AP Lit and considered reading The Divine Comedy on my own time considering it's influence on the literary world and the many allusions to Inferno in specific in other works. Do you think it would be beneficial and worth the time for me to at least read Inferno if not the entire poem? If so, what're some good translations of it? Right now I have the free translation in the iBooks app for the iPhone.
