Iphone 4 v samsung galaxy s3 mini?

I have seen both and I I like both but which is better the Samsung galaxy offers me more minutes texts for a cheaper price but the iPhone offers me more mob but a low amount of texts and minutes which phone is better?

They both are good buh I go for iphone 5

ii) SG3 Mini defeats the IP4 in many areas
