Iphone 4s fast battery drain and hot?

So I just recently got my old iphone 4s back. I've been using another phone cause I left the country. So now that I'm back I got my numbers transferred over my phone to my old iphone. I had icloud on my itunes places all the apps back onto my iphone 4s. So today is the first day that I've been using my iphone and the battery is draining crazy fast. I've only been using twitter and after an hour I went from 90% battery to 50 %. And the iphone is really hot. I read online and it seems like I should turn off all my notifications. I did that but it didn't seem to work. I'm thinking of just completely restarting my iphone to factory settings, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

Battery went bad. Gotta replace the battery.

You can take it to a kiosk at the mall or do it yourself. You can buy the kit from eBay or Amazon for like 6 bucks.

Ok, so, I charge my iPhone up to 100% battery, It's on the night, so I don't use it, I just unplug the iPhone after it's charged, and put it on my table, the next day in the morning, it drains to 98% or even less, I already turned off all the things that drain the battery, IOS 7.3 by the way. And umm, I turned off the parallex, app refresh, lower brightness, pretty much everything off/disabled, even Siri, Why does this happen?

I have tried to drain it completely to improve my battery life as I heard it helps. But is it normal to drain so fast over Wi-Fi? If not then how do I fix it?
