IPhone 4s front and back facing camera?
I have an iPhone 4s and I really like the camera, you can take good quality photos and videos whith it.
However, some of the results I get with the front facing camera are not as good as the back. I was just wondering what the difference was between the front and back camera's ( I think they are both supposed to be 8mp?)

The front facing camera is only VGA, i.e. Much less resolution than the back. It's primarily for video calling, not taking great pictures.
They have worked a lot on the back camera, which uses a BSI-CMOS sensor, giving it above average performance in low light, however the front camera is only really meant for video calling/FaceTime.

- White dots on iPhone X front facing camera? I accidentally dropped something on my new X and now I'm paranoid about these two small white dots on my front camera? They don't show up when I take a picture, they're on th actual front camera itself. Is this normal?

I want to run the vectone app on my iphone 3gs but when i try to install it an error occurs saying that it is not compatible as i do not have a front facing camera. Is there any way this around other than changing phones as it is driving me crazy. my 3gs is on 6.1.3 with a redsn0w untethered jailbreak (as it is old boot rom model, early 2009) and cydia installed. i have the app on another device and it does not use the front facing camera at all. are there not any cydia tweaks to fix this?
