There's no Jailbreak for ios 6.0 or 6.01 for the iPhone 4S at the moment. There are JB for iPhone 5, 4, 3GS but not for 4S. If you want to JB your phone, you will need to downgrade to 5.1.1 and JB that ios. Other wise you will have to wait!
