IPhone 4s randomly shuts off?
I've had my phone for almost a year. Every morning I have to power on/off because my dock station causes a glitch on my phone to where the sound level is always full and the icon never goes away. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but whatever.
Anyways, my phone is always shut off but if I press the Sleep button a thousand times the home screen will appear but after I use my phone for a bit, it shuts off again.
What is causing this? Can I fix this with an easier way than a restore?
Or do I have to get a new phone entirely… Because it's happening more and more often.
Do you have auto lock turned on? That happened to me & my sis told me that auto lock was on and to go to setting and I caould turn it off. If that's not the case, I'm not sure.
Stop using the dock station and charge it using the provided cable. The dock station is breaking your phone.
