IPhone 4s volume + button stuck?
I got my iPhone 4s a little less than a month ago. All of a sudden the increase volume button it kind of jammed or something an it's really hard to press. I took it to the genius bar and they didn't even loo at the button, they just claimed I had water damage and tried to sell me a new one. I know that there isn't any water damage because everything else works fine and I've googled and saw that a lot of other people were having this problem. What should I do?
Go back to the retailer who sold it to you (verizon, at&t, sprint) and demand a new one free of charge b/c one month is unacceptable.
Not to mention that several other people have the same issue.
Once the water sensors are pink it is considered water damaged.
could be from sitting in the bathroom while you showered and the condensation set off the sensor.
sell it and buy a new one
- Volume button stuck on my IPhone 4S? My up volume became stuck in the down position. No matter how hard I press it doesn't move. It happened while my phone was in my pocket… What's wrong with it? How can I fix it?
- Volume button stuck on iPhone 6s? I put my case on my iPhone and noticed that when i hit the down volume button, it wasn't making the clicking sound that it usually does. I took the case off my phone and realized that the button was jammed at the bottom. The top half of the button is where it should be, but the bottom half is visibly jammed. The button still works, but the physical button is noticeably stuck. How do I fix this?
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
- My iphone 4S one of my volume button on the side is stuck and can't press? So one of my volume button the the left side of my iphone is stuck and it's like stuck down. And I can't press it. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
