Plug it into your computer with the USB cable. Hold down the top power button and the bottom home button at the same time. Let go if you see an Apple. If you don't have a computer do the same thing with it plugged into the wall. If this doesn't work then you need to bring it in to the Apple Store and replace it. It is now dead.
