IPhone 5 stuck on searching?
Please help! Randomly last night my phone said searching out of no where in my own house. And I thought it was just a network thing, so i gave it a night and saw that it still said searching this morning. What do i do to fix this?
Added (1). I have restarted it about 3 times… Has not helped
Try refreshing it or shutting it down
Just wait until the battery runs out which will happen eventually. When it runs out charge it and after it will probably be fine.
A few times it has happened to me, moving the phone in a figure 8 will help reset it, or turn off and back on, but it could really just be a carrier problem in your area.
- Why is my iPhone 5c stuck on 'searching'? Since about 12 yesterday my phone has been stuck with 'searching' and nothing else. I've tried everything from power button reset to full factory reset, including every fix that I've seen on the Internet. There's also nothing wrong with my network in my area. So what's wrong with it?
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
- Sprint Iphone 4 goes from 5 bars to No service and Searching? I called sprint and they tried everything on their end and told me to reset the network settings, even resetting the entire phone, and nothing helped. I read somewhere that the antenna is touchy on these phones and wearing a case may help? I would like to hear any fixes and if anyone else has had these issues. It worked completely fine the first day I had it and then it just started losing service for no reason.
