IPhone 5 unlock from EE/T-Mobile?
I've been using an iPhone 5 from my mum's contract with my own sim only contract. I now want to leave the network because they are ***. I'm to join Vodafone.
I have to unlock the iPhone however. To do this through EE, would it affect my mum's contract? She's got an iPhone of her own where as I'm using the iPhone 5. Have had it for about a year now.
Any advice?

The iPhone 5 is your mums contract which she lets you use
The other iphone she uses
Unless you pay EE or apple to unlock the phone then all that will be effect is if the phone malfunctions and needs repairing EE won't touch it and neither will apple as the phone has has been tampered with by 3rd party
Her sim card tied to contract will be fine just the phones eligibility for help thats at the risk

- Reuse T-Mobile cut-to-use-for iPhone SIM card back to regular T-Mobile phone? Is that possible? My SIM card has been cut to fit on iPhone but I'm going to sell it next month to go back to regular T-Mobile phone. I still have the cutout piece from original T-Mobile SIM Card. Can I re-attach micro SIM to original T-Mobile card and use it on new T-Mobile phone, or would I have to buy the new SIM card and activate it again on pay-as-go-plan?
