Iphone 5 won't turn back on?

My Iphone 5 had recently been laggy and was having some weird problems. So i decided to have a full factory reset on it. After doing it, I tried turning it back on, and it just shows the apple logo for 3 seconds, goes black, shows logo for 3 seconds, and continues that over and over again. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

Plug it in to your computer, reset it again. If not, take it into your carriers local store.

Call Apple and let them help you, or call your service provider and they can talk you through it and if they can't help you, they can connect you to the Apple people.

I suggest taking it to Apple, they know how this stuff works.
