When ever I go on a you tube video the quality is really low and when I click on the option to change the quality it comes up with
'manual quality selection over cellular networks is not supported'
How can I fix this?
The only way to fix this is to jailbreak your device. The reason you can't change quality is because some people may accidentally have it on 1080P which will eat up all their data without even knowing. This is a restriction that only a jailbreak can bypass. Same with the App Store, you can't download big apps/updates while on 3G, a jailbreak can bypass this.
