Iphone 5s charging not working?

I have an iPhone 5s and the charging doesn't work properly. When I put an apple charger in it says 'this accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iphone' i've tried 3 different official Apple chargers. They only charge it up when I turn it off, I then put my phone on a Bose speaker and that charges it fine when the phone is turned on, also a charger that is from car phone warehouse which wasn't an official Apple charger also worked fine whilst the phone was turned on, why can't I use Apple chargers why won't they work with my phone turned on? I've tried everything including cleaning the portal

You need a charger specifically for that phone

  • Replace screen, everything working fine after 10hrs iphone4 is not charging? Replace screen put it back together, turn it on is working(everything)but in the morning unplug it go to work by the time i get to work i only have 20% bat.life, I live15 away from work and it was chargin all nite.need some advise, don't know if i should get the docking port or not, someone told me there's might be something loose but i took it apart like 5 times so far, am going crazy w/o my iphone, please help…
  • My IPhone 5 isn't charging when I plug it in but the charging 'symbol' comes up? I've only had my phone for a few weeks- since Christmas, and today it's been playing up, it keeps turning on and off then when my phone is on the screen at the bottom flickers! I have never dropped this phone or it hasn't been water damaged! I resorted my phone by pressing the lock and home screen and put it on charge, my charge percentage isn't going up it keeps decreasing, even though it says that my phone is on charge, what should I do?

Just called up apple and found out the answer, decided to share it with the world to keep your sound systems safe. If your charge your ipod touch or Iphone, Have it unplugged from your sound system. Cheers. kind of agree with you man, But my logitech z5500 system is like $1000 new right now… Insane, don't want to take a chance. But your probably right.
  • IPhone not fully charging and home button not working? My iPhone 4 only charges to 10% and stops. After it turns off it charges back to 10% and stops so it doesn't even get passed that. How do I fix this? Also home button doesn't work I have to turn my phone off to get out of an app
