Iphone 5s keeps sending text messages late?
I don't know how to really explain this but this problem started yesterday. My boyfriend told me this morning that most of my text messages I have sent him have been delayed & he doesn't get them till hours later. A text I had sent around 5pm didn't come in until 5 am, another text sent at 11pm came in at 5am as well. I don't know what could be causing this or how to solve it. I have an iPhone 5s and my boyfriend has an android. Not sure if it's on my end or his but I would like to fix it as soon as possible. It happened again tonight & it's quite annoying.
Take it to the shop. Chances are your phone has water damage, mine started doing that after it rained and my phone got a little wet. But again, check with the profesionals
My phone hasn't been exposed to any water damage. Never been wet from rain, hasn't been dropped in water, stays out of the bathroom when I shower.
- Why is my iPhone5 sending some messages as iMessage and others as Text Messages? I understand that messages are sent as Text Messages when there's no signal or poor Wi-Fi connection. However, I'm successfully texting some people using iMessage but others (still iPhone users) as Text messages. The other person will send iMessages and then my responses will be sent as green Text Messages.
- Why is my iPhone 4 receiving text messages late? I have an iPhone 4, I've had it for just a year. The past month or so, sometimes I'll receive a message. However, when I check the time it was received, it was usually 5 or 10 minutes ago, today I just got one from 18 minutes ago and it only just notified me now. It's starting to bug me a lot, can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? The phone is also running the most current software, I always do updates (even though it steals all of my storage, grrr).
- Why does my iPhone receive messages late when I'm in a group text? I have the iPhone 4s with 16g (I have less than a gig left of space) and am on T-Mobile. Every single time I'm added to a new group text, my phone delays all messages sent to me. Regardless of whether it's another iPhone or if they're on the same carrier as me, none of my messages get to me until an hour or so later. Is it because I'm low on space? Or is it T-Mobile (probably the worst carrier I've ever had by the way)? Or is it the iPhone software?
- Why am i getting text messages late sometimes? I have an Iphone 5c. And with this one girl i talk to often, this seems to happen and it's annoying. I'll text her back and forth, then one day ill text and it looks like she ignores me the entire day, until the next day. Just out of the blue in the afternoon all her responses to that LAST day (Where i was being supposed ignored) Just pop up on my phon efrom that day. Why does this happen?> is it my phone? Hers? Connection?
