Iphone 5s selling difficulties?
So I recently bought a data plan which allows me to buy a phone from at&t at a discounted price. I already have a HTC one which I bought from ebay so I was thinking of selling the gold iphone 5s to make a profit. However, they told me I couldn't sell it because the purchaser wouldn't be able to use it. I don't understand… If I take out the SIM card from the phone, it's just a phone body… So wouldn't anyone be able to use it? Therefore, I would still be able to sell it on ebay?
Can someone please explain this to me? Is it possible to still sell the phone?
You will only be able to sell them if you continue to pay the bill. If you stop for some reason, the ATT phone will become blacklisted and will not be excepted by any other carrier.

Yes, you can take your simcard out and sell it, the other person will be able to use it unless you contact apple or att and tell them its stolen. As long as someone else puts their sim card in it they are good to go.whoever told you that was stupid
