IPhone 5s won't work properly?
My iPhone has never had any problems until this morning when the screen wasn't lighting up after I clicked the unlock button on the top of the phone. It worked ok for a few hours, but now whenever I try to make the screen light up, there's a ten or 15 second delay. Once I get it open and unlocked, I can use the phone properly. Does anyone know the cause for this issue or a way to fix it?
If you have warranty, take it down to the apple store. Don't do any further damage to it or they will blame the defects on you.

The best way would be to visit an Apple store since they could give you a replacement or fix that issue for you. Your phone is very new, so the warranty expiration should not be an issue.
