Iphone 6 plus isight camera?
8-megapixel iSight camera with pixels.
How is it compared to the android standards?
Nothing special
My galaxy s5 (the current) is a 16 megapixel camera
If more megapixels = "better" to you, then probably not very favorably.
If you understand imaging, then you already know that megapixel count is only one part of the specs that provide for high quality still images. The size and density of the pixels are very meaningful, too. In this case, the pixel size will make for much sharper images as opposed to larger (less expensive to produce) pixels found in low cost products. Other things the phone controls like optical stabilization, low compression, sensor size, iris/aperture, availability of HDR, and other items have huge contributions to the image quality.
As for video, quality should continue to be very good. Normally, video resolution is measured in horizontal line count. The iSight cams have always been good about producing excellent quality. If we look at the standards, the second number is the row count:
Standard definition (or VGA) video is
640 x 480 (4:3 aspect ratio) = 307,200 pixels or about 1/3 megapixel
or
854 x 480 (16:9 aspect ratio for widescreen) = 409,920 or not quite 1/2 megapixel
High definition video is defined as widescreen…
1280 x 720 = 921,600 or almost 1 megapixel
1440 x 1080 = 1,555,200 or about 1.5 megapixels
1920 x 1080 = 2,073,600 or 2 megapixels

Past this is "ultra-high definition" (in current terms, the common variant is "4k video").
For mobile video, an 8 megapixel imaging sensor is plenty.
And there might be lots of android phones out there, but they are not "standard" - at least not in the formal definition. They use lots of standard parts and software - that is how they access the same networks any other cell phone can use (including iPhones, Windows phones and feature phones - not all cell phones are smartphones), but they are not "standard" in the eyes of any standards group like 3GPP, 3GPP2 or other similar international standards groups.
- Which camera is better: An old General Imaging x500 Digital Camera or an iPhone 7 front camera? It looks like an iPhone only offers 7 MP while this camera boasts 16 MP but this camera is so old and looks worse at least on its own screen. I'm confused
- What is the difference between the iPhone 6, the iPhone 6 Plus, the iPhone 6s, and the iPhone 6s plus? I just now found out that the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s were two different phones so that makes for 2 other new phones I learned about what are the differences? I'm thinking of switching from my Samsung 6 to an iPhone 6.
- Should I get the new iphone 6s plus? Or should I just continue using my old iphone 6 plus? My dad said he would buy me it for thanksgiving but i feel like its the same thing as the iphone 6 plus and i kind of want to just wait for the iphone 7.
- Iphone 6 plus and Iphone 6S plus, what's the difference? I'm looking at contract deals for the iphone 6s plus. I just saw an iphone 6s plus advertised but then an iphone 6 plus but without the S and this one was cheaper contract. Was the website missing the S or is there a difference between 6plus and 6s plus
