Added (1). If back up my iPhone 6s to my Macbook Pro for the first time will I lose my apps?

You won't lose them but when you restore the backup it won't restore the apps but it will download them

No you wouldn't.

"If back up my iPhone 6s to my Macbook Pro for the first time will I lose my apps? I have some important apps that can't deleted."

Nothing is erased from the phone by making a backup. Why do you say some apps "can't deleted"? Are they no longer in the iTunes Store? As long as you paid for them and they are in the iTunes Store, you can re-download them for free.

If you are worried about mobile apps, you should download them from iTunes Store on the Mac. They will get saved to
~/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications
(~ means your home folder.)

From the article linked below…

"An iTunes backup *doesn't* include:
Content from the iTunes and App Stores, or PDFs downloaded directly to iBooks (You can back up this content using Transfer Purchases in iTunes.)"

  • Why do some of my friends see me as weird when I have an iPhone 6s and 2011 15 inch MacBook Pro? They tell me to upgrade to new 2018 phones and computers. Mine runs fine right now and I don't see a reason to upgrade. I plan on upgrading in 2021 to newer MacBooks. I want to own this thing for a decade. Plus it has a cd drive.
  • Why are all the iphone apps I have ever downloaded saved on my macbook pro? There's 60GB of iphone apps stored on my macbook pro. It is taking up a lot of space and i was wondering if that is normal or something is wrong. Would it be alright if I deleted all of it and just backed up my phone to the cloud?
  • Transfer iPhone music/photos/apps onto new Macbook Pro? I just purchased a Macbook Pro yesterday and I plugged my iPhone 5 into it and was expecting the music to be automatically transferred to my computer, but that did not happen. How do I transfer my music/photos/apps onto my macbook? The computer I had previously used for iTunes is gone and unable to use.
  • Transfer apps from iPhone to Macbook Pro? Is there a way to transfer apps from my iPhone 5 to my Macbook Pro? So I will not have to repurchase them? (e.g. I have Pages on iPhone but not Mac, would I be able to download it again for free?) Thanks in advance Also, when I go into the Mac App Store, Pages is still available only for the paid price? I assumed it would just say "Download" or something. I mean the Mac equivalent of the iPhone apps, but just wondering if I can get them free?
