IPhone broke! Lines on screen?
I just got this new iPhone 5s and dropped it. No cracks on screen. But a small LCD crack in the corner. Repair places charge a lot to fix.
Apple always has the free 1yr device warranty.
Will they replace my phone?
Is there a spot on the back of the phone that I can hit to make it shut off and make it look like a technical problem to get a new phone?

it's has a 50$ speck case that said MILITARY PROOF can I like charge speck for false advertising.
Looks like you messed up your digitizer. Neither apple nor the case company are responsible for you dropping your phone. The case maybe advertised as military proof but that doesn't mean it makes the phone unbreakable. There's nothing you can do except pay the repair fee.
Your LCD is shot. Applecare for that one year is for defects only; not damage caused by you so for a nice price they'll fix it. Won't be free. Don't bother hitting the phone. After making over 45 million phones for 7 years they know what it looks like when it's their fault and when it's not. You'll just have a dented up phone with a shot LCD is all. Only other option is pay for the repair, keep receipts, then make submit for claim to case maker like Lifeproof or Otterbox sometimes allow. Judging by the pic it's going to be a $120-150 job easy.
