- What does connection to server failed mean? This last week, my email on my iphone will not open. Whenever I try to log in, it pops up Connection to server failed. I'm not seeing anything in my general settings that will help. I've already tried turning the phone off and on.

This evening three emails came through from Apple on my mobile device, but the notice pops up stating the connection to the server failed on top of the emails. How can this be fixed?
