IPhone is not sending pictures?

Okay so I have an iPhone 4, and the other day I was trying to send my friend a picture and it just would not send. I can receive pictures I just can't can't send them. When I try to send a picture it says "delivered" but then 3 seconds later, it says not delivered. I know it's not my Wi-Fi because I tried at like 3 different places, and it not my phones internet because it wasn't sending using cellular data.

Make sure SSM and MMS is turned on in your settings-messages. If it is still not sending photos it would be best to contact your carrier as there might be an issue with your carrier settings.

  • Sending someone pictures on the iPhone 4? I have the iPhone 4 and I want to send my friend some pictures of my vacation trip. I put the pictures in the text message but when I try to send them it says, "not delivered" and has a red exclamation to the side of the pictures. How do I fix this?
  • Sending pictures through text message? My first smartphone was an iPhone 4 and I didn't have data so I could only send pictures through iMessage. Now I have a Moto G 3rd Gen, still no data (don't want it). But I thought I could finally be able to send pictures? It's saying I need data even though my plan says unlimited text and picture messaging… Is this a thing?
  • Sending pictures on my iphone? I was wondering if someone could help. I just bought a new i phone and i'm a bit of an iphone noob. I have all you can eat data roaming and unlimited texts. Is it free for me therefore to send pictures to people? What about if its to another iphone via imessages? (i don't really understand imessage but i'm under the impression its if your connected to the internet and between 2 iphones)
  • Sending pictures from my Iphone to my computer? THE EMAIL ON MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING. TUMBLR APP IS NOT WORKING WHEN TRYING TO SEND PHOTOS OR TEXTS. I'm trying to send some pictures to my computer for a lab report.So, if I send them to picture sharing sites like Tumblr or Instagram, I'll just end up deleting them. Are there some apps or sites that I can use just send to the pictures to my desktop?
