IPhone just died! What do I do

My Iphone has just died on me, was working fine a few minutes ago! I know everyone says press down the two buttons together, but my lock button has broke on my phone and I haven't been able to lock it in a while! Is there any other way I can get it back on or does this mean a trip to the apple store? Will they be able to fix it? :/

Yes but next time don't get an iphone.

Normally it would reset if you pressed down the lock and home button but since yours is broken try plugging it to a computer and see if anything happens. This happens to mine sometimes and the lock/home button trick always works. If plugging it in doesn't work you might need to take it to the apple store or whatever your cell phone provider store is (att, verizon, sprint, etc)

  • My phone just died and I don't know why? I was out this morning I had my phone in my hand. I was taking photos and I went to take some more and my phone wouldn't turn on. Its an iPhone 5. I know that its not a lot of info to go on but if you know anything please tell me.
  • My wifes iphone battery died and won't come on? My wife just called from work to say that her phone died and when she plugged it back in it tells her to connect to itunes and shows the USB symbol, like the way it come from the factory. Does anybody know why and what she has done or what to do? Thanks Is there any danger of a real answer of meaning. The phone is with her at work and simply ran out of battery. She says she turned it back on and that is what the phone says. Is this possible or has she formatted it or messed with it?
  • My new iphone died, altough it was fully charged I have only been using my iphone 4s for 4 days, and yesterday it died. The battery was fully charged and i was using it only minutes before it died. When I checked my phone minutes later I could not turn it on and the iphone felt very hot. I tried charging it today and after a while it started charging again, but now at 5%. What could have happened? Should I send it back?
  • My mom died last year and now all of her pictures died too. Restore without iCloud? I'm in serious pain rn, please help me, I have no iCloud and all my pictures got deleted and are gone from my iPhone 6. This is all I have from my mom from last year, her last year, is there any chance I can download software on my computer even for money and get them back? Anyone who restore without iCloud?
