IPhone message not delivered? Anyone experience this?
When I texted my friend soon after in red it says "not delivered" I tried it again and same thing "not delivered" so I tried to text another person and it went through and I received there message back as well, why aren't my messages being delivered to my other friend?
It would help a little more if you mentioned if your text was sent through SMS or iMessage.
If it's not going through a normal SMS message, it might be a problem on your friends side, like maybe something wrong with his number (They aren't able to receive texts) or he/she accidentally gave you one that didn't exist, etc. If that isn't the case, then try rebooting your phone or reset your network settings via the settings app.
If it's through iMessage, then it may be your network connection or just a problem with iMessage, so try again later.
- Will the iPhone 5 tell you if your text message was delivered? I'm not sure if other cellphone companies have it but Verizon shows a check mark if the text message is delivered to another Verizon user. I was wondering if anyone knew about it? Maybe not because it's not released 'till September 21st? I like to know if the person actually got my text.
- Will my message be delivered if sent as text message on iphone? My friend said that she was having phone problems earlier today. My message was being sent as an imessage, but I guess she wasn't receiving everyone of them, just getting the notifications that they were sent to her but she couldn't read them. I then responded to her, but it was sent as a text message this time and i have gotten no response. I'm not as much concerned about her responding or not, I just want to know if she will receive the message.

- Why do some of my messages to my friend not display the delivered message? They don't say delivered or not delivered, it's just blank. The one above it says delivered that I sent two days ago but this one doesn't. This happens fairly often with this friend… I know her phone isn't dead since she's been posting and liking my photos on ig but it still doesn't say delivered under it. She has an iPhone 6s if it helps.
