Iphone screen is black but it still works?
So i dropped my phone in a cup of about an inch of water about two weeks ago (long story) and i pulled it out really quick and it stayed on for a while but then got really dim as in like dimmer then the lowest brightness on the phone but if you tilted it the right way you could still see what's on the screen. I put it in rice imediatly but it was already really hot when i did it. I just took it out and didn't think it worked but turns out i got the music to play and the touch screen works and vibration and sound and everything else works but the screen is still black. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to fix it or get it fixed or if it is still useless since the screen is black.
Insurance covered? Do a backup if it still powers up, then perhaps sell it to purchase another?
- Spilled water on my iphone 4 the screen is completely black but everything else still works? I can answer phone calls and unlock my phone by memory of were everythings at. It recognizes touch and the sound works fine. It just the screen is black. If anyone has ever had this happened and fixed there's please tell me how i need to get this fixed as soon as possible
- My iphone screen just broke but it still works fine. What should i do? My iphone 4s just fell like 2 ft onto concrete and the glass on the front is now shattered but it still recognises all my finger movements, can i just replace the glass or is it stuffed? Also will apple cover this
- My iPhone has a black screen and won't turn on but the sound still works. What should i do? I tried holding down the on/off button and home button for about a minute and it still won't turn on and my iPhone has a black screen but still makes sounds what should i do. - My iPhone 5c s screen works but sometimes it will go black? The only way i can get it to work is to bend my phone until the screen starts to work again(it still "works" it's just the screen is black, and i know that it works because i can unlock it even when the screen is black and i here the unlock sound) , it will go back black at least once a day. What is this? Can I get it fixed?
