Why does my iphone speaker sound quiet and muffled (like i'm covering it with my hand)?
I've tried cleaning the speaker
Has phone been dropped? Has phone gotten wet? Sweat, or steamed?
Anything in the speaker holes, oil or dirt from hands? Has anyone (toddlers) poked anything into speaker holes, putting a hole on the speaker material?
Anything that changes the shape of the speakers will cause it to sound muffled, as will anything coming in contact with the speakers. If they have been knocked out of position (dropping, poking), that also will cause this.
- Why when I connect my Iphone to my car the music is so quiet? I have a aux cable already connected to the stereo that I got the car, my friend plugged her iphone in the same one i have 4s and it worked fine it was not quiet at all, i plugged my iphone in and i have to have it on full volume just to make out the words on the song i was playing music of o2 tunes which is an app but when my friend did hers it worked fine does anyone know why or can i do something on the settings?
- My iphone got wet in the rain and now my sound is playing really low and muffled? It was raining and I was out and my iPhone was in my pocket, I don't even know how it got wet or it could of been a puddle that splashed but now when I play music, phone rings or text alert its very quiet and muffled and crackly or sometimes I can hardly hear anything at all. I've reset it twice now but nothing has changed I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this and has anyone had this problem before want to avoid paying a lot in the shop best I can
- My iphone 4 has colored lines covering the whole screen I dropped my phone in the river a couple of weeks ago, it was in for about 2 minutes and the now all thats wrong with it is the lock button as it doesmt work at all. I went to go on snapchat and my phone froze for about a minute then a load of coloured lines appeared on the screen and i can't turn it on or off and i don't know what to do! Someone help me!
- Iphone muffled sound? Whenever i plug in my earbuds my iPhone 8's sound is muffled. I've tried cleaning inside and tried new earbuds but nothing is working. Any suggestions before i take it in to get it looked at?
