IPhone stuck in connect to iTunes. Do not want to restore
I was trying to download all my pictures off my phone, i was on itunes it told me to update, i do not have my phone backed up so i decided to so i can save everything because i'm switching to a new phone. It updated then my phone shut off then itunes said i need to basically "Restore"?
i don't want to erase everything off my phone, i was trying to get it all saved to my computer.
how can i get off this connect to itunes screen, or get around it.
Press and hold the power and home button for 15 seconds. Then let go. And unplug the phone then turn the phone back on. Should do it.
It's called a soft reset. Doesn't erase any data. Just restarts. Reboots the phone.
