IPhone.what's going on with mine?

First of all, i have a new phone and I'm talking barely a week old.

It is asking me for forgotten password for voicemail. I've never been asked for it. Also the battery is dead by the end of the day. I'm super confused! All the settings are set for best usage, my old 3GS was better on battery than this new one! That phone was nearly 4 years old (my dads, then my moms, then mine) LOL

also if you want to include which 1 you have… Should i bring it back into the store for a different one? Thanks.

Added (3). Actually no, the guy who said i use it all day. I barely used it yest, turned off 4g/lte and it sat at 20/30 percent by early evening time haha

The battery life on my iPhone 5 is horrible lol you may have to go buy a Mophie juice pack

You didn't mention which iPhone you have but asked us which one we have? Doesn't really help your case.

As far as the password that's on the carrier not the phone. Yes you should take it in to have it checked.

Let me guess, you use it all day long then wonder why the battery is dead?

  • Why won't mine and my wife s iphone calendars merge/ sync? Our calendars used to sync.whenever she added something to her calendar on her phone it would go to mine and vice-versa. It no longer does this. I can't figure out why. We text each other with appointments and things and each of us manually adds the others things. Please Help. Thanks in advance. We both have CALENDAR ON under iCloud. But it still won't do it.
  • In mine craft, how do I mine diamonds and red stone? I have the minecraft paid version on my iphone. I found a lot of redstone, but every time I try to mine it, it disappears. Meaning that it does not show up in my inventory. I tried it with an iron pickaxe, but it still doesn't work.
